Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Nebriae LLC (“Nebriae”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access our websites and products, including nebriae.com, the nɛb.raɪ.ə iOS instrument, and the Campfire web experience (collectively, the “Services”).
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
Privacy posture
Our intent is simple: collect as little as possible, keep creators in control, and return value back to the user. We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information we collect
The exact data depends on what you use and what permissions you grant. We may collect:
- Account & profile information: username and authentication identifiers.
- Content you submit: posts, captions, comments, and media you choose to publish.
- Communications: support requests and correspondence.
- Device & usage data: minimal diagnostics for reliability and security.
- Location (when enabled): used only when required for alignment or location-based features.
- Camera / photos: captured media is stored on-device by default unless you choose to publish.
How we use information

- Maintain security and prevent abuse.

- Comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain safety and integrity.
- Active accounts: retained while your account remains active.
- User-submitted content: retained until you delete it or delete your account, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup cycles.
- Deleted accounts and safety retention: when you delete your account, we may retain a limited shadow record for up to 365 days for fraud prevention, abuse moderation, security enforcement, and compliance with legal obligations.
- After the 365-day retention window expires, shadow records are permanently purged through controlled batch processes.
- Where applicable, stored snapshots or media associated with expired shadow records are removed during the purge process.
- Security and diagnostic logs: retained for a limited duration appropriate to system integrity and safety needs.
Backups
Deletion may not be immediate from backups. We take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify
information in accordance with our backup and retention practices.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only with service providers, to comply with legal obligations, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@nebriae.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy periodically. We will revise the effective date when changes take effect.
